Scrapbooking Global - Stampin' Up! Brand New Goodies!

Brand new - what a theme! Sharon picked this one and we could take it wherever we wanted to as long as we could link it back to 'Brand New' so brand new bubba, brand new colours, brand new paper etc - so I chose a Brand New Bundle from the Brand New Stampin' Up! 2020-2021 Catalogue.

So I used the Sunflowers from the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle just because I love them. We get our inspiration from the things around us and well I am no exception neither is this page. I have a set of placemats and coasters that I will admit have seen better days but I don't want to part with them. The background inspiration was straight off my coaster as you can see in this picture.

The sunflowers were all coloured with Stampin' Blends. I used Night of Navy for the blue background, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight and Cajun Craze on the petals, Soft Suede for the center and both Old olive and Mossy Meadow on the leaves.

I didn't stick to the one bundle either - actually find that really hard to do - that would be a challenge use only one stamp set or one bundle on your page so we won't go there.
I have also used stamps from the sets Painted Poppies, Pattern Play, Ridiculously Awesome and Strong & Beautiful.

The DSP is from the Flowers for Every Season 6x6 pack - I know you cant tell I have nestled 2 pieces together - yes you have to be picky with the pieces you use but you can't see my neatly hidden join in the above photo can you? I also embossed the white sunflowers on the DSP to make it even harder to tell as those flowers cross both pieces.

So what other goodies do the other hop participants have to share and I wonder how their interpretation of the 'Brand New' theme will come through??? Hop on over to Cynthia in the US to continue along on the hop if you would love to see also.

Until next time - remember you can get your paper craft supplies in Australia without even leaving home through my Stampin' Up! Store front by clicking on the picture below.
