🎄 Flashback Friday – Elegant Christmas Cards with Noel Tidings

Welcome back to another Flashback Friday!

Today we're revisiting a card I created back in September using the beautiful Noel Tidings Bundle from the Neutral Noel Suite Collection by Stampin' Up!

With Christmas getting closer, I thought this was the perfect time to bring this one back for another look. After all, we can never have too much Christmas card inspiration! 🎄

🤎 A Classic Christmas with a Touch of Elegance

There's something really lovely about traditional Christmas designs, especially when they're paired with soft, neutral colours and a little bit of sparkle.

The Noel Tidings Bundle features beautiful festive wreaths, evergreen sprigs and Christmas sentiments, making it a wonderful choice for creating elegant handmade Christmas cards.

And when you combine it with the coordinating products from the Neutral Noel Suite Collection, there's so much to love!

Some of my favourite details include:

🎄 Beautiful wreaths and evergreen greenery
✨ Gorgeous gold foil accents
🤎 Subtle linen textures
⭐ Brassy gold embellishments
🎀 Natural jute twine for that perfect finishing touch

I love how these elements work together to create a Christmas card that feels both traditional and timeless.

In today's Flashback Friday, I'm sharing my original September video so you can see how this card came together.

Whether you're looking for inspiration for your own Christmas cards or simply enjoy watching a little creativity in action, I hope you'll enjoy revisiting this project with me.

One of the things I love most about Stampin' Up! suites is how beautifully the products coordinate. The stamps, dies, papers and embellishments take so much of the guesswork out of creating.

And of course, you can always mix and match them with goodies you already have in your craft room!

I hope today's Flashback Friday inspires you to pull out your Christmas crafting supplies and get creating.

I'd love to know — do you prefer traditional red and green Christmas cards, or are you a fan of the softer neutral Christmas look?

Flashback Friday – A Little Festive Cheer for Christmas! 🎄

Christmas is getting closer, and if you're anything like me, there's always another Christmas card to make!

For this week's Flashback Friday, we're heading back to my Hooray It's Thursday with Court video from 3 September, when I created with the gorgeous Festive Cheer Bundle from Stampin' Up!

I love a bundle that makes creating beautiful cards easy, and this one certainly does!

A Little Two-Step Stampin' Magic ✨

One of my favourite things about the Festive Cheer Bundle is the Two-Step Stampin' technique. It's such a clever way to add colour, detail and dimension to those gorgeous Christmas ornaments without needing lots of colouring.

Add some coordinating die-cut greenery, a few finishing touches, and you've got a lovely festive card ready to send!

It's also a great reminder that you don't need complicated techniques to create something special.

Missed the Original Video?

That's the beauty of Flashback Friday! You can catch up whenever it suits you, grab a cuppa and enjoy a little crafty inspiration.

When Your Table Placemats Inspire a Card! 🌻

Sometimes inspiration comes from the most unexpected places — and this card started with something I see all the time… my favourite table placemats!

I love their bold floral pattern and the way the colours work together, and one day I found myself looking at them thinking, “I reckon I could turn that into a card!” And of course, once that crafty thought pops into your head, you have to give it a go!

For this card, I wanted to have a play with the Party Alphabet Dies and, in particular, show that you really can use those big, bold letters on a card without them completely taking over the design.

The large letters become the star of the card, while the rest of the elements help to frame them and bring everything together. I used the A Family Celebration stamp set for the stamped details and added the 3D Sunflower Embossing Folder to the background for some lovely texture.

I especially love how the embossing adds that extra bit of interest without competing with the big letters. It’s a simple way to add another layer to your card and make the background feel a little more special.

And I think that’s one of the things I love most about crafting — you can find inspiration absolutely anywhere. A pretty set of table placemats can suddenly become the starting point for a handmade card!

So next time you’re sitting around your home, have a look at the things you love. You never know… your next card idea might be sitting right in front of you! 💕

Fern & Flora Bundle Card Idea - Stampin' Up! 3D Embossing Folder

Beautiful Texture with the Fern & Flora Bundle

Welcome to another Flashback Friday!

This week I'm revisiting a card created with the gorgeous Fern & Flora Bundle and the stunning Fern & Flora 3D Embossing Folder.

One of the things I love most about this suite is how easily it creates elegant, nature-inspired cards. The fern dies add beautiful detail and layering, while the embossing folder creates a richly textured background that brings the whole design to life.

The combination of dreamy botanical elements, delicate sentiments, and embossed textures makes this suite perfect for thank you cards, thinking of you cards, and heartfelt messages for the special people in your life.

The Embossing Folder Everyone Wants

The Fern & Flora 3D Embossing Folder has been incredibly popular since its release. It seems to come back into stock only to sell out again shortly afterwards!

If it's currently unavailable when you visit the store, I highly recommend adding your email address to receive a stock notification. That way you'll be among the first to know when more product arrives.
