Something Old and Something New - SBTD June Blog Hop

Welcome to the June edition of SBTD Blog Hops - what an exciting time of year it is with a brand new catalogue with beautiful new ideas, stamp sets papers and tools to play with. This months hop has the theme 'Something Old Something New' - who else is with me and kept that going with something borrowed, something blue? So a wedding card it was for me!

A little back story - mum needed a wedding card for friends that have been together for over 13years, they were finally getting married in a non traditional wedding so she needed a card for that. Mum also loves the Perenial Essence DSP as much as I do so she wanted me to use that DSP. This is the card I made for mum to give her friends. It even fits that 'Weddng ditty' with something old (the stamp and die set), something New (the DSP), something borrowed (the sentiment on the inside was borrowed from another set), something blue (the Balmy Blue Cardstock).

How beautiful are these papers? All of the new DSP is just devine but this packet is way up there on my love list I must admit.

I hope you love my cards this month as much as I love creating them. Please pop on over to the lovely Tashana who is next in the hopping line and see what she has created for us.

Shopping List to remake these cards.
