Welcome to Kelly’s second Birthday Blog Hop - this is her second Hop because there was so many of us that wanted to play along with her. You can see Kelly’s first birthday stampin' hop blog post HERE.
What better than a birthday scrap page to celebrate - this page is made using photos from ages ago but well - let’s say I’m a bit behind! This kiddy is now 15 and like all kids loves it when I scrap her pages - my plan is for there to be at least one page every year for each of my children's birthdays.
This page uses our Whole Lot Of Lovely DSP and white Cardstock. I have added some contraband from my stash because SU doesn’t stock it. The ‘cake’ or it could be a pile of gifts is a cut file that my friend Tarrah cut for me as I don’t have a cameo - I believe it’s a Hip Kit Club cut file - Tarrah did a class with us at my recent retreat I substituted all SU papers for their Cocoa Vanilla ones.
You can follow Tarah's Instagram page HERE
I cut some of the flowers from the DSP to add them as embellishments for the page and then added some glimmer using the Myths and Magic glimmer paper plus some velum butterflies that I made with the Watercolor Wings stamp set. Yes that is real sewing you can see - I actually have a machine I use especially for sewing card or paper products but if you don't have a spare please remember to change your needle before going back to fabric as the paper blunts them.
