Beautiful Bunch of Blossoms in Blue

The Bunch of Blossoms Bundle is a great 'go to' set that is super versatile. Wilst the bundle is retiring both the stamp set and punch are carrying over so we will get to continue enjoying this set.

All the petals are stamped and punched separately, they are then shaped a little with my bone folder on the piercing mat. They are stamped in Marina Mist for the top flower and Soft Sky on the lower one - stamped off twice for the first layer (my pad is extra juicy) then again for the second, the outline stamp is solid colour. The middle petal of each flower is popped with a dimensional at the top and glue dot at the base to give dimension. The Sepal and Receptacle, (This is the thickened part at the bottom of the flower and green leaves that join the flower to the stem) are made using the small flower punch part then cut in 1/2- the glue dot at the base of this one helps hold that petal low on the bottom.

As I usually do the inside of the card has a couple of stamped petals to match the envelope - I don't always put a sentiment inside - this card is blank.

The Bundle is retiring on the 1st June 2017 but the stamp set and punch are moving forward into the new Annual Catalogue. I used the spotty Night Of Navy piece from the Regals DSP. You will need your regular tools and adhesives.

Till next time -
