Brusho Crystal Colour with Stampin' Up! - ESAD Occasions Blog Hop

Welcome to the ESAD Blog Hop Celebrating all that is Sale-A-Bration and the new Occasions Catalogue from Stampin' Up! With a load of new stuff to love, 23 wonderful Demonstrators from Australia and New Zealand we have a plethora of new projects, great techniques and pretty things to show you. Did you love Cathy's project? Now its my turn to show you one of the goodies I love - well a few all blended into one card!

I always focus on the stamp sets when I first flick through a new catalogue - how about you? I knew the Brusho's were there but they were not high on my wish list as I was way over the craft budget even with just my stamp set favourites!

So how did I end up with Brusho's when they were not on my initial list?
I popped into a friends for a play with them - came home and ordered my own! Oh my gosh talk about fun and they are so different to anything I have played with before. I searched YouTube - wow - hours later I was stalking the postie for my parcel.

This is some photos of my 'experimenting' - my suggestion is to just play with the Brushos and see where it takes you. I have tried the Shimmer Cardstock and watercolour card bot with very different results. These samples were all using the spritzer and water - some with the paper wet before I started others not. No 2 were the same.

So here is my card and coordinating envelope again for one last look - but now its time to hop on over to see what Leonie has to share so click the next button to discover more.

I used these goodies  plus my trimmer, adhesives, heat gun  and my Stampin' Blends to colour the little Knight.

Mini Pizza Box Packaging with Stampin' Up!

What's in the box?
Well anything you like that fits I would normally say!
But how super cute are these Pizza boxes Stampin' Up! has for gift giving?

The boxes are easy to personalise or decorate to a theme with a little DSP and or a stamp. In Australia  you can purchase a pack of 8 boxes for Price: $10.00 plus postage

Mini boxes just the right size for holding a sweet treat or 3" x 3" (7.6 x 7.6 cm) note cards.

* Folded box size: 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 1" (8.9 x 8.9 x 2.5 cm)
* Food safe

FYI - the box holds a D Block perfectly - this one was engraved for a special team member and wrapped in tissue.

 I used scraps of cardstock to stamp the badge and then punch it out and the small scallop circle is from the Circle Framelits set.

Stampin' Up! Epic Celebrations - GSF Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop

Happy New Year GSF followers and members so glad to see you back for our first hop of 2018. It's Sale-A-Bration time and I don't know about you but it's definitely my most favourite time of the Stampin' Up! year. Keeping on 'theme' Stampin' Up! must agree as one of the FREE stamp sets available is called Epic Celebrations (Page 12 of the SAB catalogue) so that's the one I'm showing you today.

I have used the Stampin' Blends to colour the Guitar and headphones on the first card  then pulled the Night of Navy Stampin' Blends out to colour the rhinestones on the second card. The background stamping of the 'You're Awesome was using the Stamp-a-ma-jig (can't wait for the Stamparatus to ship - on my birthday) but the shoes on card 2 are randomly stamped.

 Whilst the set Epic Celebrations is a FREE set claimable with a $90 spend in Australia it is one I think should be on everyone's wish list. We are now hopping over to the other side of the globe in Michigan to Rebecca's blog - lets see what great projects she has to share.

If you would like to recreate these cards or similar these are the goodies you will need along with your Stampin' Blends, markers, adhesives and trimmer.
