Check out this cute card made using the Stamin' Up! Hey Birthday Chick stamp set. The colour is applied using Stampin' Blends for their great shading ability giving my chook more definite shape and depth.
I fussy cut the fat chick and the balloon even though there is a Die for this stamp set so that it didn't make her legs look like they were floating in thin air and not attached. She is popped as is the balloon with dimensionals.
The designer series paper is Pattern Party - from the host & earn selections in the back of the Annual Catalogue.

Welcome to this weeks addition of Hooray it's Thursday where I finally got brave and went live on my Facebook Page to share the creation process of this Birthday card. Yes you read that right - all my other videos are recorded edited and uploaded but not this one. Last week I tried something different and this week I have essentially done the same - tried something different.
So this is the Happiest of Birthday cards I made tonight during the final week of Saleabration for 2021!
It uses 2 Saleabration products, the Designer Series Paper Beautifully Penned and the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper - both items are free with a $90 spend each but this is the last week. Welcome to this months scrapbooking Global Blog Hop, Thanks for joining us where ever you are from around the globe it is great to have you visit. This months them was chosen by Delys and it is Scrap The Boys! A challenge for me with 3 girls that I predominantly scrap. So with a clear plan in mind to scrap more wedding photos out came some of those and yep let's look at the Guys!
Gosh our photos are so different now they are digital I actually found these a challenge and more so as I only had the one copy to play with so I was thinking better not trash them in my head the whole time!
I wanted to use the Beautifully Penned DSP because I may just have more than one pack of it and I love it. The little hearts are from the Baby clothes dies and the little bow ties are from Birthday Chick.
Here is a quick video for you - it is a different style to my usual one and let me say I need your opinion as it was way harder than I though it was going to be so my question is - yes or no to this style?

Welcome to this edition of Hooray it's Thursday with a technique class. When you think of Alcohol and Stampin' Blends what comes to mind - a nice glass of wine and a little colouring or a technique that is fun and a little unpredictable?
Let's go for a run with a technique that's fun and unpredictable! Unpredictable because the end result is somewhat of a surprise.
