Valentines Day - do you spoil your loved one every day or save it special for this one day?
After 22 years Tony and I don't buy into the commercialism of Valentines Day but we are teaching our daughters what to expect and what is expected so this year we made it more of a big deal than normal. Here is a sneak peek of the card I made for Tony that I will be sharing at a later date so watch this space.
My daughter needed a card and run out of time so I was called in to help with her card whilst she got dressed for her date - with the colours picked, the elements done, well those that had to be on the card and her stamp choices for sentiments on blocks ready to go I got to work.
With a very quick brief of what she had in mind this is the card I 'finished' for her, and she loved it! Let me say so did the young man who received it.

The puzzle pieces are embossed in gold to match the foil elements. My daughter loves puzzles so this meant that little bit more. I was surprised (and so was the recipient) there wasn't a Pineapple to be seen! Click the link below to see or shop for the resources to make this card.
