To a Wild Rose Stampin' Up! Card for a friend.

A quick and pretty card for a friend just to say hi I am thinking of you.

Using the Scripty embossing folder gives this white background a beautiful lift and pretty texture.
This card started as a challenge - I popped up 2 colour combinations on my Facebook page then made a crd based on the colour combo that had the most votes.
The pallet Shaded Spruce, Merry Merlot and Pool Party.

Using the Stamparatus makes 2 step or 3 step stamping easier. I applied the colour with my sponge rollers for the pale petals with great results.

Holiday Decorations with Stampin' Up! - SBTD November 2020 Blog Hop.

SBTD Hop Topper

Welcome to one of our smallest hops for the SBTD group as we all try and squeeze extra hours into our busy lives. But hey Christmas is coming! Even better 2021 is on the way - oh my gosh!
We all like to decorate and it is even better if 2 passions can become one - I will admit though I have been a bit flat out so planning has been a big must do thing here. So planning for Christmas - treat boxes for the table. These will be mine.

Both Gift bags

Check out page 7 of the Handmade for You (South Pacific version) Augest - December 2020 Stampin' Up! Catalogue to see the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley for this Designer Series Paper. Just want the DSP - just get the refil kit that is available this year. I will say though watch this space to see the stamp set and Dies featured over the next week or 2.

Candy cane gift bag

Christmas tree Gift Bag

So these are 2 of the 12 I need to make and my plan is they will all be different. Below you will find the template I used for the 6x6 piece of dsp to cut and score my little boxes.
First I scored everything then trimmed the DSP as per this picture. The flap on the bottom piece was glued over the bottom piece to make one long scored piece of DSP. The box was then folded in and glued using multipurpose glue for wiggle room then strength.

Thanks for hopping along with me please head on over to see what Sarah & Andrew has to share for another fantastic idea to help with your Christmas decor. (might even have to make one myself since I went to IKEA the other week so have all the supplies!)
